How to check for transaction records?

To check your transaction records, you may head to ' My Wallet' -> 'Details' button on the top right corner. Receipts are issued upon request. Feel free to email us at support@sgbike.com.sg (mailto:support@sgbike.com.sg) if you wish to obtain the payment receipts.

What are the modes of payment?

SG Bike e-wallet top-ups can only be made via bank card. Purchases of the SG Bike Ride Pass will be deducted from the SG Bike e-wallet balance. In the event of insufficient balance, deductions will be made directly from the linked bank card.

What are SG Bike e-wallet credits?

SG Bike e-wallet credits may be used for SG Bike Ride Passes (https://support.sgbike.com.sg/927543-What-is-the-SG-Bike-Ride-Pass) and Pay-per-use rides. The e-wallet balance can be found under the “My Wallet” > “Balance” page. The credits also have no expiry date.

Why is my e-wallet balance is negative?

Please top-up (https://support.sgbike.com.sg/149431-How-do-I-top-up-SG-Bike-e-wallet-credits) credits into your SG Bike e-wallet, incurred riding charges may have exceeded the amount in the balance. Under the Terms of Service, SG Bike reserves the right to charge your payment method for the negative e-wallet balance after 30 days. In addition, please also note that you will need to have a balance value of $0 or more in order to unlock any bicycles even if you have a valid ride pass.

Why am I charged even though I have a valid Ride Pass?

The SG Bike Ride Pass is only applicable to Standard series SG Bikes. Each free trip is capped at 30 minutes, with every subsequent minute charged at $0.03 per minute. There is no limit on the number of trips during the validity period of the Ride Pass.

Why did I incur a parking fee?

As per LTA Rules and Regulations, all SG Bikes used must be kept within LTA regulated and approved parking spots denoted by a yellow box and a QR Code. You can tap the menu, then tap into “Parking Appeal”. From there, you may resolve the parking penalty by paying the $5 fee or through submitting an appeal.
