As per LTA Rules and Regulations, all SG Bikes used must be kept within LTA regulated and approved parking spots denoted by a yellow box and a QR Code.
You can tap the menu, then tap into “Parking Appeal”. From there, you may resolve the parking penalty by paying the $5 fee or through submitting an appeal.
Please note that you can only submit an appeal once, provide specific details as well as photos when submitting a parking appeal to allow our team to better assist you.
To avoid a parking fine, please remember to lock the bicycle before scanning the QR Code at the parking spot in the future.
