I forgot my password, what should I do?

Using an Android device

1. On your device, open the SG Bike app.
2. Tap the Image Icon , the enter your phone number.
3. Tap "NEXT", then tap "Verification Code".
4. Tap "Get Code", then enter the verification code sent to your phone.
5. Tap "SUBMIT".

Using an iOS device

1. On your iOS device, open the SG Bike app.
2. Tap the hamburger menu bar > "Login via Verification Code".
3. Enter your phone number, then tap "Get Code".
4. Enter the verification code sent to your phone.
5. Tap "Login".
